Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Partner Experience Platform

Location: Remote - USA (SF Bay area) or Nashville, TN

We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager – Enterprise Partner Experience Platform to architect the next-generation partner interface that becomes the operational command center for the world’s largest tech partnerships.

You’ll be building the strategic control tower that enables billion-dollar partnerships to scale, optimize, and innovate at speed. Your platform will transform how enterprise clients extract maximum value from their Asurion relationship.

What You’ll Build
  • The Partner Command Center: Design and deliver the primary digital interface where Fortune 500 partners orchestrate their entire tech care ecosystem—from real-time performance monitoring to autonomous configuration management.
  • Intelligent Self-Service Capabilities that enable partners to:
    • Visualize success in real-time: Advanced analytics dashboards showing solution health, usage trends, and revenue impact
    • Configure autonomously: Self-service product packaging, pricing optimization, and feature activation without engineering support
    • Discover and activate: AI-powered recommendations for new capabilities and expansion opportunities
  • Platform-Led Growth Engine: Create the infrastructure that turns every partner interaction into an expansion opportunity through intelligent upselling, feature discovery, and automated optimization suggestions.
  • Enterprise-Grade Integration Hub: Collaborate with world-class engineering and data science teams to deliver a platform that scales from millions to billions of interactions seamlessly.
