Job description

We aremonday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering ~245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before. With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we grow by prioritizing transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We back our people with flexible work, wellness and mental health support, and a work environment built on collaboration.

As Director of Product Management for Enterprise at monday.com, you’ll lead one of our most strategic initiatives - scaling monday.com’s value for large organizations globally. This role is an opportunity to shape how thousands of enterprise businesses operate by delivering enterprise-grade solutions that meet complex needs across governance, scale, and compliance.

You’ll own and evolve our enterprise strategy across the product portfolio, partnering with senior leaders in product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing. You will build and lead a world-class team of product managers to ensure monday.com not only meets enterprise customers where they are - but anticipates where they’re going.

Responsibilities
  • Own the enterprise product strategy, aligning platform capabilities with enterprise customer needs across administration, data governance, and compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
  • Deeply understand the enterprise buyer and user personas, including IT administrators, security teams, and departmental leads, to guide product priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, sales, CS, and support to ensure scalable processes for account sponsorship, escalations, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee the enterprise roadmap, setting clear objectives and outcomes across initiatives such as platform administration, permissioning, auditability, integrations, and regulatory support.
  • Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and impact.
  • Lead with data and insight, incorporating customer feedback, competitive analysis, and usage patterns to drive decisions.
  • Represent enterprise in company-wide planning, influencing go-to-market, customer lifecycle, and monetization strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven success leading B2B SaaS product teams with a strong focus on enterprise customers.
  • Deep experience in platform or infrastructure-level product areas such as administration, data handling, or compliance.
  • Track record of owning and launching security- and compliance-sensitive features, and working with regulated industry clients.
  • Skilled at building cross-functional processes that scale with complexity and customer needs.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, drive alignment across departments, and communicate clearly at all levels.
  • Experience managing managers, hiring top talent, and growing product organizations in hyper-growth environments.
  • Strategic thinker with strong execution skills — you’re comfortable going deep or zooming out as needed.
