Job description

We are monday.com, a global software company transforming how businesses run. Our product suite can adapt to the needs of diverse industries and use cases within one powerful platform, empowering approximately 245,000 customers worldwide to reimagine how work gets done, drive greater efficiency, and scale like never before. With over 2,500 employees across the globe, we prioritize transparency and knowledge sharing. We care about the impact you make, not the hours you clock, so we encourage initiative, ownership, and fresh thinking. We support our people with flexible work arrangements, wellness and mental health resources, and a collaborative work environment.

As Director of Product Management for Enterprise at monday.com, you’ll lead one of our most strategic initiatives—scaling monday.com’s value for large organizations globally. This role is an opportunity to shape how thousands of enterprise businesses operate by delivering enterprise-grade solutions that meet complex needs across governance, scale, and compliance.

You’ll own and evolve our enterprise strategy across the product portfolio, partnering with senior leaders across product, engineering, sales, customer success, and marketing. You will build and lead a world-class team of product managers to ensure monday.com not only meets enterprise customer needs but also anticipates future requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the enterprise product strategy, aligning platform capabilities with enterprise customer needs across administration, data governance, and compliance (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001/27701, GDPR, HIPAA, FedRAMP).
  • Deeply understand enterprise buyer and user personas, including IT administrators, security teams, and departmental leads, to guide product priorities.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment between product, engineering, sales, customer success, and support to ensure scalable processes for account sponsorship, escalations, and risk mitigation.
  • Oversee the enterprise roadmap, setting clear objectives and outcomes for initiatives such as platform administration, permissioning, auditability, integrations, and regulatory compliance.
  • Hire, develop, and mentor a high-performing team of product leaders, fostering a culture of ownership, innovation, and impact.
  • Lead with data and insights, incorporating customer feedback, competitive analysis, and usage patterns to inform decisions.
  • Represent enterprise interests in company-wide planning, influencing go-to-market, customer lifecycle, and monetization strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Proven success leading B2B SaaS product teams with a focus on enterprise customers.
  • Deep experience in platform or infrastructure-level product areas, such as administration, data handling, or compliance.
  • Track record of owning and launching security- and compliance-sensitive features and working with regulated industry clients.
  • Ability to build scalable cross-functional processes that accommodate complexity and customer needs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence, align across departments, and communicate effectively at all levels.
  • Experience managing managers, hiring top talent, and growing product organizations in hyper-growth environments.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills—comfortable with both deep dives and high-level overview.
