Job description

We are open to this role working 100% remote within the United States. This role is a W2 role and will not consider C2C candidates.


Job Summary


We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead a large area of the Henry Schein One product portfolio. You're an experienced product leader who has a deep empathy for customers and excels in complex systems thinking to create a seamless customer experience. You thrive on cross-functional collaboration and are excited to partner with engineering, design, product marketing, sales, support and the rest of our product team.


The Product Management team drives Henry Schein One's product strategy and execution, translating customer needs and opportunities into a compelling roadmap and working cross-functionally to deliver impactful solutions for dental practices across the USA. You'll take part in every type of product work here - from strategy to product to process improvements - conceptualizing, launching, and iterating on the Henry Schein One product portfolio. The efforts you drive will have a significant impact on a variety of our customer segments.


What You Will Do



  • Deeply understand customer needs, pain points, and preferences to solve complex problems for our customers through comprehensive customer research and interviews

  • Create strategies and roadmaps based on data to inform the product and platform investments we need to make to take our products to the next level

  • Prioritize, influence dependencies, and ship experiences that provide game-changing value to our customers

  • Partner with various functions across the whole company to bring products to life - engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer support, and more.

  • Communicate frequently and clearly with other teams and leaders, and build durable artifacts to drive alignment

  • Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities

  • Share knowledge and mentor others


Qualifications


What You Will Have



  • 5+ years designing and delivering world-class B2B software products in a product management role

  • Proven expertise leading cross-functional teams that together launch software product offerings designed to create a great customer experience and drive meaningful results

  • Deeply curious and data-driven; develop and defend strong points-of-view with data, analytics, external benchmarking, and the voice of the customer

  • Customer obsessed mindset; you're constantly thinking about how to solve customer pain points and enjoy engaging with users to validate we are building what they need

  • Capable of decomposing a big vision into bite-size milestones with a lean-experiment-oriented perspective

  • Excel in cross-functional collaboration within a matrix organization, effectively working across business units to deliver on complex projects

  • Effective in communicating progress to executives & senior leadership in terms of outcomes achieved and impact delivered

  • Self-aware with a strong desire to learn and continuously improve

  • Bonus: You have prior experience in practice management, analytics, or revenue cycle management software.


The posted range for this position is $96,000 - $168,000 which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc. This position is eligible for a 10% bonus not reflected in the posted range.
