In your role you will work closely with customers, the development team, professional services, customer success, and your colleagues on the HCM and Talent product side to deliver functionality our customers will love to use. You will play the pivotal role of translating the strategic vision into a product roadmap for your area of responsibility. You collaborate across multiple engineering teams to deliver features, and you’re able to change direction quickly based on new information. You have a history of successful management of challenging cross-functional projects. You have the ability to explain sophisticated concepts to a variety of audiences confidently representing the product team to customers and internal partners. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location.
