Job summary

247Hire is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead enterprise-grade initiatives. You will translate complex systems and business processes into clear roadmaps, own the backlog, and drive agile delivery across teams of UX and engineering to deliver scalable internal products.

This role requires deep understanding of SDLC, data flows, APIs, and privacy considerations for enterprise apps. You will present roadmaps, manage multiple initiatives, and partner with stakeholders to ensure on-time

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management within an enterprise environment.
• Technical PM capable of understanding SDLC and methodologies.
• Deliver scalable internal products by clear roadmaps and agile execution.
• Ability to internalize complex systems and business processes quickly.
• Collaborate with UX and engineering to design scalable UI solutions.
• Own and manage the product backlog and user stories.

• Understand APIs, data flows, data analytics and system integrations.
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and privacy for enterprise apps.
• Manage multiple initiatives with strong organization in a fast-paced environment.
• Healthcare/PBM underwriting knowledge and workflows.

Must Haves

• 5+ years of product management experience and mindset within an enterprise product management environment
• Must be a technical product manager to understand SDLC and methodology
• Expert in delivering scalable internal products by breaking down complex challenges into clear product roadmaps and executing through agile methodologies
• Ability to quickly internalize complex system, workflow and business process to effectively lead product initiatives
• Collaborates closely with UX and engineering teams to design and implement intuitive, scalable UI solutions that enhance productivity for internal users
• Experienced in owning and managing the product backlog, crafting user stories, and driving incremental value delivery through agile execution
• Proficient with agile product management tools including Rally, Jira, Confluence, Miro, Azure DevOps for roadmap planning and transparent execution
• Understanding of system architecture, APIs, data flows, Data Analytics and system integrations enabling effective collaboration with engineering team
• Familiarity with compliance, security, and privacy requirements for enterprise applications
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, demonstrating strong organizational and prioritization skills in a fast paced environment
• Healthcare/PBM underwriting domain knowledge and workflow familiarity
• Ability to create presentations and be a presenter
• Ability to drive vision, achieve milestones, testing, deployment and customer management and expectations
• Ability to operate wearing multiple hats such as strategy, owing backlogs, prioritizing back logs, organizing ceremonies, understanding of testing of the product and get it ready for the market
• Managing portfolio and various products rather than just one singular product / it is a collaborative effort
