The Product Manager is responsible for defining, executing, and continuously improving products that deliver measurable business value and exceptional customer experiences. This role partners closely with engineering, design, business stakeholders, and operations teams to establish product vision, develop strategic roadmaps, prioritize work, and ensure successful delivery of customer-focused solutions. The Product Manager will define & monitor progress against OKRs for Commercial Claim Adjudication & Payment Products.
The Product Manager serves as the voice of the customer while balancing business objectives, technical constraints, and market opportunities. This position requires strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and cross-functional leadership skills to drive products from concept through launch and ongoing optimization.
- Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Align product objectives with organizational goals and business priorities.
- Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and operational efficiency.
- Evaluate market trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback, user research, and operational data.
- Advocate for customer needs throughout the product lifecycle.

Product Planning & Execution
- Develop and maintain a prioritized product backlog.
- Define product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with engineering teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Participate in Agile planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Monitor progress and manage risks impacting delivery.
Cross-Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, operations, analytics, compliance, and business teams.
- Facilitate alignment across stakeholders with competing priorities.
- Drive decision-making through data, customer insights, and business value.
- Communicate product status, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
Product Performance & Continuous Improvement
- Establish and monitor product KPIs and success metrics.
- Analyze product performance and identify optimization opportunities.
- Use data-driven insights to refine roadmap priorities and investment decisions.
- Support product launches, adoption strategies, and change management efforts.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, or related roles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience managing product backlogs and prioritization.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to influence without direct authority and lead cross-functional teams.
- Adept at collaboration and teamwork

- Skilled in execution and delivery (planning, delivering, and supporting)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare, claim platforms, or enterprise technology.
- Knowledge of product analytics and experimentation techniques.
- Experience with roadmap planning and portfolio management.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Miro, or similar platforms.
- Product management certifications (e.g., Pragmatic, SAFe, Certified Product Manager).
