Responsibilities

• Drive portions of the full product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery for defined features or experiences
• Develop product requirements and user stories translating technical needs into clear capabilities
• Collaborate with engineering, support, and business partners to ensure alignment across teams
• Define product success metrics and deliver measurable value
• Contribute to design, enhancement, and integration of software features with third‑party SaaS and internal systems
• Partner with engineering to address challenges related to new technologies, testing approaches, and architecture
• Apply knowledge of innovative technologies, including AI to improve product outcomes
• Stay current with industry trends and share insights with the team
• Develop and present clear presentations for diverse audiences

TheSenior Product Manager will report to theManager, Product Management.

What you will do:

• Drive portions of the full product development lifecycle, from ideation through delivery, for defined product features or experiences
• Develop product requirements and user stories that translate technical needs into clear functional capabilities
• Collaborate closely with engineering, support, and business partners to ensure alignment across teams
• Responsible for executionin variousproduct areas, including solution definition, validation, development, launch, and iteration
• Define product success metrics and deliver value
• Contribute to the design, enhancement, and integration of software featureswiththird-party SaaS solutions and multiple internal systems
• Partner with engineering teams to address challenges related to new technologies, testing approaches, and technical architecture
• Apply knowledge of innovativetechnologies, including AIto improve product outcomes and user experience
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends; regularly share relevant insights with the team
• Develop and deliver clear, compelling presentations for diverse audiences using strong verbal and written communication skills

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of related work experience
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience in creating roadmaps, user personas, and other product artifacts
• Comfortable working in JIRA , Smartsheet and Microsoft tools
• Proficient in stakeholder management and articulating technical trade-offs
