As a Product Manager, you will participate in efforts to identify and create product features that are delivered as part of the Technology Enablement Alliances product roadmap. This will include defining problem statements and product requirements with transparency, through customer engagement and integration. They will build, design, prioritize features that take into consideration organizational and strategic trends and stakeholder needs. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, develop a roadmap, and execute to deliver new features that will contribute to successful high quality on time product launches. In addition, the candidate will work with customers to drive usage and adoption of new features and services, including evangelization of features internally and externally, ensuring users benefit is met and derive value from the products we build. The ideal candidate will be someone who has knowledge of best practices and how their own area integrates with others, while also being aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. They should also be well versed in knowing how to raise issues and resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with Product Management or a related field, and a functional level of experience in project tracking. The hiring range for this position in Seattle, WA is $123,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year and in New York, NY is $123,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
