Job Summary:

As a Product Manager, you will participate in efforts to identify and create product features that are delivered as part of the Technology Enablement Alliances product roadmap. This will include defining problem statements and product requirements with transparency, through customer engagement and integration. They will build, design, prioritize features that take into consideration organizational and strategic trends and stakeholder needs. The candidate will work closely with engineering teams, develop a roadmap, and execute to deliver new features that will contribute to successful high quality on time product launches. In addition, the candidate will work with customers to drive usage and adoption of new features and services, including evangelization of features internally and externally, ensuring users benefit is met and derive value from the products we build. The ideal candidate will be someone who has knowledge of best practices and how their own area integrates with others, while also being aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market. They should also be well versed in knowing how to raise issues and resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur. The candidate should have 3+ years of experience with Product Management or a related field, and a functional level of experience in project tracking. Responsibilities and Duties of the Role:
  • Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services
  • Solves problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions
  • Collaborates and informally guides colleagues with less experience
  • Manages cross-organization efforts to ensure product approval, then directs their introduction
  • Executes competitive and consumer analysis
  • Owns multiple features of the product roadmap execution end-to-end
  • Coordinates cross-functional efforts, handles dependencies, and resolves most team-level blockers
  • Delivers product releases, measuring impact against KPIs
  • Utilizes research to measure trade-offs and can re-align execution to meet high-level goal
  • Shows leadership in product squad to deliver features with manageable risks and resource requirements
  • Responsible for product management activities for one or more products, or portions of key products
  • Makes and drives recommendations to improve product(s) or processes utilizing user research and and/or design concepts
  • Coordinates with outside vendors and internal strategic partners to ensure that product initiatives are well-defined and delivered on time
  • Collaborates closely with internal and external clients to design and implement solutions
Required Education, Experience / Skills / Training:
  • Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years of Product Management experience or related field
  • Moderate knowledge of programming paradigms, core software design principals and product roadmaps
  • Technical understanding of system communications, APIs, application integration
  • Adapts quickly to changing situations
  • Has experience working and designing with AI tools
  • Has fundamental to intermediate knowledge of and skills in Project Management, Agile/Scrum/Kanban Methodology, Engineering Practices, Relationship Management and Service Management
  • Analytical, resourceful, and detail oriented, with the ability to plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Effectively knows when to raise issues and who to engage to resolve problems and roadblocks as they occur.
  • Works independently under time constraints to meet deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA or technical degree
  • Proficient experience with Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence)
  • Moderate experience with a variety of corporate tools including ServiceNow, Airtable, data Visualization Tools (Tableau, PowerBI), and MS Teams.
  • Fundamental knowledge and use of AI tools

Compensation

The hiring range for this position in Seattle, WA is $123,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year and in New York, NY is $123,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long‑term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
