Qualifications
- 5+ years of related work experience
- Experience with Agile methodologies and product artifacts
- Strong ability to create roadmaps, user personas and requirements
- Proficient with JIRA, Smartsheet and Microsoft tools and effective stakeholder management
Responsibilities
- Drive portions of the full product development lifecycle from ideation to delivery for defined features or experiences
- Develop product requirements and user stories translating technical needs into clear capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering, support, and business partners to ensure alignment across teams
- Define product success metrics and deliver measurable value
- Contribute to design, enhancement, and integration of software features with third‑party SaaS and internal systems
- Partner with engineering to address challenges related to new technologies, testing approaches, and architecture
- Apply knowledge of innovative technologies, including AI to improve product outcomes
- Stay current with industry trends and share insights with the team
- Develop and present clear presentations for diverse audiences
