The role involves creating user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding product development with strategic design insights.

Responsibilities

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs and translate insights into design strategies.
2. Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop information architectures, wireframes, and prototypes; gather feedback and iterate.
3. Interaction Design and UI Development: Design intuitive interfaces, create prototypes, and collaborate with developers for implementation.
4. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct testing sessions, analyze results, and refine designs based on feedback.
5. Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain design systems and standards for consistency.
