This role involves creating user-centric experiences across web and mobile platforms, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and guiding product development with strategic design insights.

Responsibilities

1. User Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth user research to understand customer needs, analyze user behavior, and translate insights into design strategies.
2. Information Architecture and Wireframing: Develop information architectures, user flows, wireframes, and prototypes; gather feedback and iterate designs.
3. Interaction Design and UI Development: Design intuitive interfaces, create prototypes, and work with developers for seamless implementation.
4. Usability Testing and Iteration: Conduct usability tests, analyze results, and refine user experiences based on feedback.
5. Design System and Guidelines: Contribute to and maintain a consistent design system and best practices.
6. Team Collaboration and Leadership: Collaborate with stakeholders, mentor junior designers, and promote a culture of growth.

Qualifications
