Job summary

Lingraphica, a mission-driven provider of AAC technology, seeks a senior product designer to own end-to-end product design across the ecosystem. You will partner with product and engineering from discovery through delivery, building deep knowledge of AAC users and workflows while crafting clear user flows, prototypes, and polished designs for complex processes.

The role emphasizes collaboration, ambiguity management, and leveraging AI in design workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product design experience with ownership of complex digital products.
• Strong interaction design, prototyping, and visual design skills; proficiency in Figma.
• Ability to work through ambiguity and collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
