Job summary

Binance is seeking a Senior Product Data Analyst to join the Product DA team. You will own end-to-end analytics for product strategy, from metrics design to delivering insights that drive user growth, engagement, and business impact.

The role collaborates with Product Managers, Engineers, and Business stakeholders to build dashboards, experiment frameworks, and predictive models, supporting a fast-paced, high-growth ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Degree in a quantitative discipline such as Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or Data Science.
• 3+ years of full-time work experience in a Product Analytics or Data Science role.
• Experience with product analytics focusing on user growth, conversion optimization, or recommendations is highly desired.
• Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end analytics for product strategy, metrics, and experiments.
• Analyze PB-scale user behavior, transactions, and operations data using proprietary and open-source tools.
• Design and evaluate A/B experiments with hypothesis formulation and statistical testing.
• Maintain core product metrics, OKR targets, and evaluate performance.
• Translate findings into visualizations and actionable recommendations for product and executives.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment with emphasis on time-to-market.
