Job summary

UnitedMasters is seeking a Senior Producer to join Translation. You will lead campaigns from concept through delivery, coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring high-quality output aligned with client goals.

In this role, you will manage production calendars, oversee budgets, and supervise junior producers. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential to drive efficiency and creative excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce great work.
• Manage and lead large scale, multi-faceted campaigns from concept vetting through job wrap with limited oversight.
• Problem solve with internal and external teams to get to the best work possible.
• Develop and manage production calendars and direct the logistical flow of all phases of production to ensure all assets are delivered on time.
• Accurately evaluate the feasibility of concepts, ideas, and scripts against client parameters.
• Control the budget through all phases of production, working closely with business affairs during the production process through the closing of jobs, including presenting estimates and overages to clients for approval.
• Manage junior producers working on your project and delegate assignments based on the job
