**Job Description**

The New Hampshire procurement team is seeking a highly experienced individual for the role of Buyer/Planner. The primary responsibility is to deliver optimal procurement value aligned with cost, quality, and service standards while fostering strong supplier relationships. This role involves collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders, including supply chain management, supplier quality, manufacturing, and programs. Key duties include planning and executing requisitions, timely placement of purchase orders, expediting orders to meet program deadlines, and resolving material issues upon arrival.

**Responsibilities:**

1. Demonstrate strong business acumen with excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening). Ability to engage effectively with supplier leadership teams.
2. Make data-driven decisions ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
3. Maintain a professional and assertive communication style.
4. Operate effectively in a demanding and dynamic environment.
5. Support supplier development, negotiations, administration, and improvement initiatives.
6. Prepare weekly and Monthly Business Review (MBR) metrics.
7. Manage and report on supplier requisitions and purchase orders.
8. Track and report supplier delivery schedules.
9. Resolve receiving and invoice discrepancies.
10. Manage non-conforming material returns and close non-conformances within 14 days.
11. Address master scheduling and production issues, negotiating lead times as needed.

**Minimum Requirements:**

1. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
2. Ability to oversee planning and procurement of Printed Circuit Boards, Assemblies, and substrates.
3. Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
4. Effective team collaboration skills.
5. Proven problem-solving abilities.
