gategroup is seeking a motivated professional to support day-to-day governance and development of transport subprocesses in Reston, VA. The role collaborates with site teams to optimize routing, sequencing and documentation flows, while maintaining SOPs and driving process improvements.
The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in operations or logistics, a Bachelor’s degree, and Lean Six Sigma familiarity; exposure to SOP writing and process documentation is preferred.

Supports the Senior Process Owner by managing day‑to‑day governance and development of specific transport subprocesses (e.g., routing setup, load planning, sequencing logic, documentation flows).
