Job summary

AriensCo in Brillion, WI is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to drive manufacturing process improvements, automation, and new product development support. You will partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality and cross-functional teams to optimize processes, lead capital projects, and improve efficiency and safety across facilities.

The role emphasizes design-for-manufacturability, data management in ERP, and evaluating emerging technologies to sustain competitive manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Management, or a similar field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering role.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Design Engineering during new product development to provide design-for-manufacturability feedback and determine required process, equipment, and tooling changes.
  • Research, develop, and implement manufacturing process improvements to support new product introductions, equipment upgrades, capacity expansion, and operational efficiency initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement by evaluating existing processes and equipment, identifying opportunities for enhancement, and staying current on emerging manufacturing technologies.
  • Develop and maintain manufacturing process data within the ERP system, including routings, work centers, labor standards, material usage, and task definitions.
  • Conduct time studies, prototype builds, and process validations to establish and maintain accurate manufacturing standards.
  • Research, plan, and implement automation solutions that improve productivity, quality, safety, and ROI.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineering to optimize products for automation and lead integration of automation technologies.
  • Develop CAPEX business cases, including cost analysis, ROI calculations, project timelines, vendor selection, and implementation planning.
  • Lead process improvement studies and experiments to increase efficiency, improve quality, reduce costs, and enhance workplace safety.
  • Coordinate and manage process trials for new products, equipment, and process changes to ensure successful implementation into production.
  • Work cross-functionally with Operations, Quality, Tooling, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to support manufacturing initiatives and resolve process challenges.
  • Research innovative manufacturing methods, tooling, and industry best practices to improve operations and mitigate process risks.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering or similar
5+ years Manufacturing/Industrial Engineering experience

Job Description:

AriensCo is looking for a Sr. Process Engineer to play a key role in supporting new product development, process improvement, automation, and manufacturing efficiency initiatives at our Brillion, WI location. This position partners closely with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and other cross-functional teams to develop and optimize manufacturing processes, implement new technologies, lead capital projects, and drive continuous improvement efforts.

THE DAY TO DAY…

  • Partner with Design Engineering during new product development to provide design-for-manufacturability feedback and determine required process, equipment, and tooling changes
  • Research, develop, and implement manufacturing process improvements to support new product introductions, equipment upgrades, capacity expansion, and operational efficiency initiatives.

  • Support safety, quality, productivity, and strategic planning initiatives by providing technical expertise and problem-solving support
  • Diagnose and resolve manufacturing, equipment, process, and quality issues to ensure efficient and reliable operations

THE QUALIFICATIONS…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Industrial/Manufacturing Management, or a similar field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Manufacturing Engineering or Industrial Engineering role
