Job summary

The Richmond Group USA is seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer for a modern manufacturing operation in Southern Missouri. You will work across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and other technical teams to improve processes, introduce new equipment, and support expansion efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Process, Chemical, or Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience in chemical, polymer, plastics, paper, building materials, food, pharmaceutical, or other process-intensive environments.
• Knowledge of process equipment and systems including pumps, valves, flow, pressure, heat exchangers, process controls, and P&IDs.
• Experience with process optimization, equipment selection, capital projects, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.

The TRG Growth Practice is engaged with a growing global manufacturer seeking an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join a modern manufacturing operation in Southern Missouri.

This engineer will work closely across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, and other technical teams to improve existing processes, implement new equipment and technologies, and support continued investment and expansion across the operation.

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
