Our client is seeking -Senior Process Engineer that provides technical leadership and continuous improvement support across the Seabrook site to drive safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance. This role partners closely with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, EHS, and Supply Chain to optimize processes, improve reliability, and scale best practices across the site. The Senior Process Engineer leads complex process improvement initiatives, applies structured CI methodologies (Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, TPM), and serves as a technical mentor to engineers and operators. This role plays a critical part in driving operational excellence, supporting new product introductions, and ensuring robust, compliant, and sustainable manufacturing processes.
5 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing environment with a focus on Continuous Improvement, Green/Black Belt Certified Bachelors degree in Chemical, Mechanical or industrial Engineering, Execute engineering processes to deliver high-quality products on time and at competitive cost. Provide technical support and perform root-cause analysis in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance yield, cycle time, and OEE in adhesive production. Support capital projects and equipment upgrades, including process design, commissioning, and validation.
