Harpe Associates & Cemcon is seeking a Process Engineer for Cape Girardeau, MO to drive process optimization and continuous improvement across cement operations.

You will collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Environmental teams to boost throughput, energy efficiency and product quality, while supporting control systems, audits and capital projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of process, production or industrial manufacturing experience.
• Cement or heavy industrial manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Understanding thermodynamics, combustion, heat transfer and process optimization.
• Familiarity with PLC, DCS, HMI and industrial process control systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work effectively with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Environmental teams.

We are seeking a Process Engineer to support process optimization and continuous improvement within a cement manufacturing operation.

This role will work closely with Operations, Maintenance, Quality and Environmental teams to improve plant performance, reliability, product quality and energy efficiency.

What You’ll Do

What We’re Looking For
