Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Process Development Senior Scientist to invent and develop drug-substance manufacturing processes for synthetic and hybrid assets. You will work across disciplines to advance technologies that improve sustainability and efficiency, and support cGMP manufacturing and tech transfer to internal facilities and CMOs.

You will contribute to regulatory documents, provide data-driven results, and stay current in organic and process chemistry to deliver timely project milestones.

Qualifications

• PhD or professional degree required with industry experience preferred.
• Strong emphasis on cross-functional collaboration and regulatory readiness.
• Track record of scientific publications is desirable.
