Job summary

Northrop Grumman in California is seeking a Sr. Principal Product Support Engineer to join the Aeronautics Systems – Research & Advanced Design team onsite in El Segundo or San Diego.

The role consolidates lifecycle development and logistics products under the SOW, oversees budget and schedule, and coordinates with internal teams and Suppliers to meet program objectives while advancing supportability, reliability and mission readiness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in STEM with 8+ years of experience OR MS with 6+ years OR PhD with 4+ years.
• Active US Government Secret clearance or higher with recent investigation.
• Ability to obtain SAP clearance and travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of ACP Product Support activities.
• Ensure systems engineering approaches support aircraft design and proposals.
• Coordinate requirements, hardware/software design, verification, and validation.
