Job summary

Johnson & Johnson's Innovative Medicine division seeks a Sr. Principal Process Engineer – Packaging to own end-to-end aseptic packaging processes for biologics at our Wilson, NC site.

You will lead packaging spec development, guide system design, commissioning, qualification, and startup, and ensure cGMP, serialization, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with vendors and cross-functional teams. The role requires extensive travel (>75%) until facility startup.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in packaging process engineering or capital project execution in large-molecule biotherapeutic environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Strong expertise in aseptic packaging, serialization, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with large-scale capital projects ($50-100M) preferred.
