Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is seeking an experienced security professional to serve in a dynamic Senior Principal Industrial Security Analyst position with responsibilities as a CPSO for several dynamic programs, and also as the FSO for our NGMS locations in Northern Virginia. This is a multi-faceted and multi-customer facing security position, responsible for complex programs as it relates to all applicable classified federal, contractual, customer and company requirements. Must be able to interpret and execute security programs for IC and DoD customers, in the SCI and collateral security environments. The candidate will serve as a subject matter expert on security related activities, and must be able to clearly articulate this knowledge.

Salary Range: $109,900 - $164,900
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
