Responsibilities

  • Analyze, develop, and modify existing software.
  • Identify risks, mitigation, defects, resolutions, and status tracking.
  • Design, construct, and execute unit tests; build verification test plans.
  • Test on simulators and production hardware in System Integration Laboratories.
  • Collaborate with systems engineering in technical reviews to ensure end-to-end requirements.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
