Northrop Grumman is seeking a Principal/Sr. Principal Software Engineer in Woodland Hills, CA to lead software initiatives for national defense programs.

You will design and implement C/C++ software using modern standards, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate with leads to ensure modular, scalable, and high-performance solutions that meet strict security and reliability requirements. Onsite, full-time role with DoD clearance eligibility.

• Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline; 5+ years of related software experience.
• Master's degree in STEM with 3+ years of related experience (PhD + 1 year also acceptable).
• Active Secret clearance with ability to obtain Top Secret clearance.

Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
