The Lilly API/Dry Product Network is expanding rapidly, with new greenfield sites under construction to meet increasing demand. These sites are staffed for steady-state production, but additional surge capacity is needed to support startup phases and rapid ramp-up to full capacity.
The ADN RAMP (Rapid Access to Medicines for Patients) team is a cross-functional group bringing deep manufacturing expertise. It supports site startups through operational excellence, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and surge capacity. This role offers opportunities to work at new sites, expand Lilly's network, develop technical and leadership skills, and accelerate site startups to serve more patients efficiently.
Success requires supporting site startups through technical execution, coaching team members, and developing local operational capabilities for full operation readiness. The team reports to the Ramp Team Sr. Director and collaborates across functions.

Compensation for this role ranges from $114,000 to $198,000, based on experience and location. Full-time employees are eligible for bonuses and benefits, including retirement plans, health insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Lilly reserves the right to modify these offerings as needed.
