The Lilly API (Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient) Dry Product Network is expanding rapidly, with new greenfield sites under construction to meet increasing demand. These sites are staffed for steady-state production, but additional surge capacity is needed for startup phases to ramp up quickly. The ADN RAMP team is a cross-functional group providing manufacturing expertise, operational excellence, troubleshooting, and surge support during site startups. This role offers the opportunity to work at new sites, expand the Lilly network, develop technical and leadership skills, and help accelerate site startup processes to serve more patients.
The team supports multiple sites across the US and internationally, requiring travel and flexibility. Compensation depends on experience and location, with a range of $123,750 to $198,000, plus benefits and bonuses. Lilly reserves the right to modify these programs as needed.
