Responsibilities

- Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and stakeholders to develop comprehensive preconstruction plans.
- Oversee cost estimation, value engineering, and risk management processes.
- Provide technical expertise in the planning and design phases, ensuring compliance with industry standards and client requirements.
- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, including bid solicitation and evaluation.
- Prepare and present detailed reports, budgets, and schedules to stakeholders.
- Ensure seamless transition from preconstruction to construction phases, maintaining continuity and quality.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in mission-critical and data center projects (semiconductor, power, or EV battery plant experience is also acceptable).
- A minimum of 3-6 years of relevant experience in preconstruction or cost management.
- Strong expertise in cost estimation, value engineering, and project planning.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.

Day-to-Day

- Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and quality.
- Attending bi-weekly site visits to data centers (minimal travel required).
- Communicating progress and updates to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
