Radiology Partners is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Operations Analytics to serve as a strategic analytical partner for regional operations leadership.

You will translate operational, clinical, workforce, and financial data into actionable recommendations and support executive decision-making. The role requires advancing forecasts, dashboards, and KPI reporting, while coordinating cross-functional projects and driving data-driven improvements across multiple sites.

Qualificações

• Master's degree required and relevant field identified.
• Experience in healthcare, physician practice operations, radiology, or multi-site environments.
• Experience combining operational, clinical, workforce, and financial data for executive decisions including forecasting and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with data governance, metric definitions, enterprise reporting platforms, dashboards, financial modeling, and executive presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills; ability to influence senior leaders; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required.

Position Summary

Desired Professional Skills And Experience

• Master's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare, physician practice operations, radiology, consulting, or a complex multi-site environment.
• Experience combining operational, clinical, workforce, and financial data to support executive decisions, including forecasting and root-cause analysis.
• Familiarity with data governance, metric definitions, enterprise reporting platforms, dashboards, financial modeling, and executive presentations.
• Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders without direct authority; Lean Six Sigma Green Belt required.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $90,000-$102,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401(k) benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
