Job summary

AETOS LLC is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer with hands-on expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform to design and deliver enterprise solutions for government and commercial clients. You will lead development, mentor peers, and work closely with DHA customers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Ideal candidates have strong capabilities in Power Apps Model-Driven development, Dataverse data modeling, and Power BI, with experience in SharePoint and Microsoft 365

Qualifications

• Six or more years of progressive software development experience with Power Platform.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Expert in Power Apps Model-Driven development and Dataverse data modeling.
• Strong Power Automate, Power BI, and integration skills.
• Experience mentoring senior/junior developers and leading efforts.
• Must hold CompTIA Security+ CE at start.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps Model-Driven applications.
• Configure Dataverse tables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, and security.
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows for complex processes.
• Create Power BI dashboards and reports with KPIs.
• Develop Canvas Apps and Power Fx as needed.
• Integrate Power Platform with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, Dataverse, and APIs.
• Maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and permissions.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead development efforts and mentor junior developers.
• Triage and resolve complex issues in apps, workflows, and data.
• Support ALM, testing, deployments, and documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and customer demonstrations.

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Power Platform Developerwith strong hands-on experience designing and developing enterprise solutions using the full Microsoft Power Platformsuite.

The ideal candidate will be highly experienced with Power Apps Model-Driven development and Microsoft Dataverse, along with strong capabilities in Power Automate, Power BI, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365. This individual will serve as a senior member of the development team, work directly with DHA customers to understand requirements, lead development efforts, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise Power Apps Model-Driven applications.
• Design and configure Dataversetables, relationships, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and security roles.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flowssupporting complex business processes, approvals, notifications, and system integrations.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports, including Power Query, data modeling, DAX, KPIs, and interactive visualizations.
• Develop and support Canvas Appsand Power Fx as needed.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, Dataverse, and APIs.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, knowledge bases, permissions, and content.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Lead development efforts and provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex application, workflow, data, integration, and reporting issues.
• Support Power Platform Solutions, ALM, testing, deployments, and documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum development activities and customer demonstrations.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Six (6)+ years of progressive experiencein application/software development, including strong Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent experience.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Power Apps Model-Driven development.
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling, relationships, forms, views, business rules, business process flows, and security.
• Strong experience with Power Automate, including complex flows and integrations.
• Strong experience with Power BI, including dashboards, Power Query, data modeling, DAX, and KPIs.
• Experience with Canvas Apps and Power Fx.
• Strong experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.
• Working knowledge of SQLand enterprise data sources.
• Experience with Power Platform Solutions and ALM.
• Experience working directly with customers to gather and translate requirements.
• Previous experience as a Senior or Lead Developer, including mentoring junior developers.
• Strong communication, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Current CompTIA Security+ CE certification required at start.

Preferred Qualifications

• Active security clearance and/or favorable Tier 3 investigation preferred.
• Previous DHA, DoD, VA, or Federal Governmentexperience.
• Microsoft Power Platform certifications such as PL-400.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, REST APIs, JSON, and custom connectors.
• Familiarity with DoD cybersecurity and Section 508requirements.
