Qualifications

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience leading complex business initiatives.
  • Experience delivering large-scale transformation, integration, or organizational change programs.
  • Experience managing multiple concurrent workstreams across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Strong knowledge of PM methodologies, governance, risk management, and change control.
  • Proven ability to develop business cases, project plans, communication strategies, and exec presentations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree and PMP or comparable certification preferred.

Senior Project Manager
Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives within a large-scale transformation program. This role is responsible for driving strategic workstreams from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives. Candidates with a proven track record of leading enterprise change initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders will be prioritized for interview consideration.

Must Haves

  • Demonstrated success delivering large-scale transformation, integration, or organizational change programs.

What the Client Needs You to Do

In this role, you will lead strategic workstreams that support enterprise transformation initiatives involving people, processes, technology, and operational improvements. You will collaborate with business leaders, project teams, and key stakeholders to ensure successful delivery while proactively managing risks, resolving issues, and maintaining strong project governance. The ideal candidate is a self-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can successfully manage complex initiatives with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multiple project workstreams from initiation through implementation while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, implementation roadmaps, migration schedules, and delivery timelines.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and geographically distributed resources to achieve successful project outcomes.
  • Communicate project status, milestones, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders and leadership teams.
  • Prioritize competing initiatives and effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Prepare strategic documentation including business cases, project assessments, communication plans, governance materials, and executive presentations.
  • Facilitate decision-making sessions by providing recommendations, identifying dependencies, and resolving project challenges.
  • Proactively identify project risks and issues, implement mitigation strategies, and elevate critical concerns when appropriate.
  • Ensure project governance, compliance, and change control processes are consistently followed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Monitor project performance, track deliverables, and drive accountability to ensure successful completion of program objectives.
Additional Information
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide transformation, integration, or operating model initiatives is highly desirable.
  • This position requires strong collaboration with senior business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail is essential.
