Job summary

Main Line Health is seeking a Sr. Physician Contract Analyst to join MLHC Finance. You will administer all aspects of physician compensation and support monthly, quarterly and annual calculations, accruals, and reclasses as part of financial close.

The role partners with leadership to project compensation for the annual budget and supports system growth with detailed analyses. A BS in Accounting or Finance is required, CCP preferred, with 3-5 years in accounting/finance and strong Excel/Word

Qualifications

• 3–5 years Accounting or Finance experience preferred.
• Experience in a confidential environment required.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and Word).
• Excellent verbal, written and mathematical skills required.
• Ability to interact with all levels of management and staff.

Responsibilities

• Administer all aspects of physician compensation including compensation programs.
• Gather and summarize financial, patient volume, clinical quality and other information for monthly, quarterly and annual physician compensation calculations.
• Assist with compensation projections for the annual MLHC physician compensation budget and for system growth initiatives.
• Develop and record monthly accruals and reclasses for MLHC financial close.

You will be working with MLHC Finance and will be responsible for the administration of all aspects of physician compensation including all compensation programs. The Finance Department’s Sr. Physician Contract Analyst is responsible for gathering and summarizing financial, patient volume, clinical quality, and other information required to perform accurate and timely monthly, quarterly and annual physician compensation calculations. The Sr. Physician Contract Analyst also assists with various detailed compensation projections required for the annual MLHC physician compensation budget, ongoing physician additions supporting system growth, and other special projects. The Sr. Physician Contract Analyst is responsible for developing and recording various monthly accruals and reclasses for the MLHC financial close.
