• Provide strategic financial planning and analysis for hospital operations
• Represent finance on cross‑functional committees
• Support development of annual operating and capital budgets
• Prepare final budget packages for Board‑level reporting
• Analyze budget variances and collaborate with departments including:
• General Accounting
• Business Office
• Decision Support
• Educate leadership on financial performance and management strategies
