JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a Sr Physician & Clinician Compensation Analystto be a key member of the team responsible for supporting the design, analysis, and administration of compensation programs for Duke Health Integrated Practice and Duke School of Medicine physicians and clinicians. This role ensures pay structures, inclusive of clinical and academic pay elements, are market competitive, equitable and aligned with organizational objectives.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist DHIP/SOM leadership in the administration of physician and clinician compensation programs.
JOB ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS
B.A./B.S. from an accredited institution, preferably in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
One year of experience in financial analysis, information gathering and reporting or clinician contracting in the healthcare industry is required.
Proficiency in analytical software, financial analysis tools, clinician contracting platforms, or statistics is preferred.
JOB HOURS
The schedule for this position is day shifts, Monday-Friday, with no weekends or holidays.
