Job summary

Linde plc is seeking an experienced engineer to lead cost-effective engineering designs for filling plants and special gases operations across multiple regions. You will drive automation initiatives to improve productivity and safety, define product standards for regional replication, and guide global engineering teams on best practices in dry ice production and related processes.

The role requires a degree in engineering and a track record of leading complex projects within a global operating

  • You will provide cost-effectiveengineering designs and specifications for filling plants and specialgases operations across multiple global regions
  • Develop and implement automationtechnologies to enhance productivity and safety aligned with Plant of theFuture initiatives
  • Define, develop, and standardize new andexisting product lines for regional replication
  • Lead and provide functional guidance to aglobal team of segment engineers and technical managers
  • Share best practices and deliver trainingon special gases filling principles, fuel-oxidiser mixtures, andassessments across regions
  • You will be expected to lead harmonizationactivities and cross-regional teams focused on dry ice production,recovery, and laboratory automation
  • Specify equipment engineering requirementsand support regional projects including process improvements and majorfacility upgrades
  • Provide engineering expertise for newplant installations and filling systems, ensuring safety, service, andcost objectives are met
  • You will coordinate global communicationchannels to foster best practice sharing and collaboration among engineers
  • Perform technical reviews such as hazardand operability studies for new and existing plants
  • You will drive development andimplementation of state-of-the-art filling technologies and harmonizedstandards in collaboration with safety and center of excellence teams
  • Develop solutions to reduce gas losses andimprove operational efficiency

Pay Range: $108,225 - $158,730
