Job Overview/Summary

We are seeking a skilled and proactive ATE Test Engineer with experience on the Advantest 93k platform. This is a 12-month remote opportunity ideal for a technically strong and self-driven engineer with solid experience in test development and a passion for quality and innovation.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test solutions on the Advantest 93k platform
• Apply wafer sort techniques and known-good-die (KGD) strategies
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement quality test methods
• Analyze test data using metrics like CP and CPK
• Lead or contribute to projects, providing technical direction when needed
• Engage in pre-sales support and technical presentations
  
  

Primary Skills

• Proficiency in Java and C/C++ programming
• Experience with quality metrics in testing and data analysis tools
• Proven leadership in team or project settings
• Understanding of test methods, wafer sort, trimming, MBIST, Logic BIST, and Scan techniques
  
  

Secondary Skills (Good To Have)

• Pre-sales and customer-facing experience
• Experience leading small engineering teams
• Strong communication and organizational skills
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or foreign degree equivalent in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience on the Advantest 93k platform
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and in teams
