A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Performance Measure Consultant to oversee quality metrics for hospitals. This remote role requires strong analytical skills and expertise in healthcare quality measures. The consultant will collaborate with teams to enhance patient care and ensure compliance with regulations. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's degree and significant experience in quality performance analysis.
The Senior Performance Measure Consultant will partner with their Manager in the Center for Clinical Excellence to oversee inpatient and outpatient regulatory quality metrics for East Region hospitals. Responsibilities include electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) portfolio implementation, performance analysis, workflow optimization, validation, and improvement. Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary groups both internal and external to the organization are essential. Familiarity with eCQMs, Epic data capture, and clinical informatics is highly preferred. Project management skills will also be utilized. This is a remote position; candidates must be located in MO or IL.

Role Purpose
The Senior Performance Measures Consultant provides performance measurement and analytical support to aid clinical decision-making. This role involves coordinating daily operations of the quality team, producing reports to identify opportunities for targeted interventions, and serving as an expert in Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and regulatory quality measures. The position evaluates, recommends, and monitors best practice processes to maintain high-quality patient care, improve outcomes, and support staff through training, onboarding, and issue escalation.
