A leading healthcare organization is seeking a Senior Performance Measure Consultant to oversee regulatory quality metrics for hospitals in the East Region. This remote role involves performance analysis, workflow optimization, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Candidates should have strong communication skills and familiarity with eCQMs and clinical informatics.
The Senior Performance Measure Consultant will partner with their Manager in the Center for Clinical Excellence to oversee inpatient and outpatient regulatory quality metrics for East Region hospitals. Responsibilities include electronic clinical quality measure (eCQM) portfolio implementation, performance analysis, workflow optimization, validation, and improvement. The role requires excellent communication skills and collaboration with multidisciplinary groups both internal and external to the organization. Familiarity with eCQMs, Epic data capture, and clinical informatics is highly preferred. Project management skills will also be utilized. This is a remote position; candidates must be located in MO or IL.

The Senior Performance Measures Consultant provides performance measurement and analytical support to aid clinical decision-making. This includes coordinating daily quality team operations, producing actionable reports, and serving as an expert in Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS) and regulatory quality measures. The role involves evaluating, recommending, and monitoring best practices to improve patient outcomes and maintain high-quality care. It also involves training, onboarding, and issue escalation support for team members.
