We are currently seeking a Sr. People Success Partner in United States.

This role involves leading employee relations and operational HR initiatives, primarily supporting R&D teams. You will be a strategic partner to managers and leaders, driving improvements in the employee experience through policy application, data-informed decision-making, and fostering a values-aligned culture. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, HR, and People Business Partners, providing coaching, conducting investigations, and designing scalable people programs to empower teams.

Accountabilities

• Serve as the primary contact for employee relations, handle investigations, and partner with Legal for resolution.
• Manage involuntary separations, performance management, and accommodations.
• Advise leaders and HR partners on performance, compliance, and workforce planning.
• Maintain and update people policies and resources for clarity and accessibility.
• Lead training sessions for managers on policies and best practices.
• Use data and analytics to identify trends and inform improvements.
• Promote company values and act as a cultural steward in HR interactions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in employee relations or HR generalist roles, preferably supporting technical organizations.
• Experience conducting investigations and advising leaders on sensitive employee issues.
• Deep understanding of employment law and HR compliance.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into actions.
