Position Overview: Ralliant is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst - AMER to deliver world-class payroll services and support to the Americas Region, contributing to outstanding employee experience for one or more of our Operating Companies (OpCos).
Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards in talent, coaching, and developing the organization into a strategic, high-performing payroll function that fuels Fortive’s success. Define strategy and standard work to validate payroll processing data and documents, ensuring compliance with audit requirements, payroll calendars, and payment timelines.
- Define regional strategy for countries where Fortive has a presence (Brazil, Canada, Mexico, and U.S.).
- Coordinate with the Sr. Manager Global Audit, Tax, and Compliance to ensure the payroll end-to-end process in all countries meets audit timelines, complies with country legislation, and aligns with funding for taxes, employee net pay, and third-party payments.
- Partner with the Sr. Global Payroll Systems Manager to ensure data accuracy and timeliness through integrations.
- Collaborate with the Director of Global Payroll to establish regional payroll processing strategies.
- Possess detailed knowledge of GlobalView, ADP Celergo, and eTime for payroll processing.
- Develop standard procedures for all regional payroll processes, incorporating stakeholder input to ensure alignment with policies, HR workstreams, and finance requirements.
- Establish processes for processing annual statements and communicate strategies to employees to reduce inquiries.
- Implement strategies for managing tax exemptions (e.g., Student Visas, WA LTC).
- Plan and execute year-end payroll processes in collaboration with HR and Finance stakeholders.
- Manage payroll for equity processing across opcos under shared service models, optimizing processes and leveraging improvement tools.
- Design visual management strategies to identify areas for improvement and measure process efficiency.
- Run standard and ad hoc reports as needed.
- Develop payroll calendars to optimize staffing and processing efficiency.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for continuous payroll process improvement.
- Ensure compliance in processing termination and deceased wage payments according to country laws.
- Manage wage garnishments in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure accurate and timely governmental reporting and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance or related field with 10 years of payroll experience.
- 10 years’ experience with regional payroll delivery models using ADP GlobalView, Celergo, or Streamline.
- Experience working with countries where Fortive operates (Brazil, Canada, Mexico, U.S.).
- Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
- Experience with collaboration tools such as Miro and Teams Canvas preferred.
- Regional payroll certifications preferred.
- Multilingual abilities in English, Portuguese, and Spanish preferred.
