Job summary

Piedmont Clinic in Atlanta, GA seeks a quality and patient safety professional to lead surveillance and analysis of clinical and operational processes. You will review complex processes, perform multidisciplinary root cause analyses, safety rounding and internal audits, and drive QA improvements through reliable data on quality, safety and service.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in healthcare or related field and 5 years in healthcare with 3+ years in process improvement or quality

Qualifications

• 5 years of work experience in healthcare or other high reliability field, with at least three (3) years of specific experience in a process improvement and/or quality role.
• Bachelor’s Degree in healthcare, business administration, or related field.
