For our client, we are seeking a Access Care Manager - Puerto Rico to join the team of a leader in the Pharmaceuticals & Biotech space.

This role will support patients throughout their treatment journey by helping remove barriers to access and improving the path to timely therapy. You will partner closely with healthcare providers, payers, and internal stakeholders to navigate reimbursement complexities and ensure patients can access the therapies they need. The position calls for strong cross-functional collaboration, patient advocacy, and practical expertise in specialty pharmaceutical access programs.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $116,000 - $193,400 annually

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for patients during their treatment journey

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in pharmaceutical or related customer-facing roles; 9 years with a master's degree, BSN, or RPh
• 3-5 years of specialty pharmaceutical experience; reimbursement and access experience is essential
• Strong understanding of reimbursement dynamics, provider and carrier networks, and co-pay assistance programs
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills
• Fluent in English and Spanish
• Proven track record of collaborating across diverse stakeholders
• Experience adhering to compliance guidelines in highly regulated environments
