We are creating a new role to lead our partner recruitment strategy, focusing on engaging potential partners and conducting market analyses to identify opportunities where Extreme can offer a competitive advantage.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Build and manage a pipeline of new partnership opportunities.
  2. Develop strategic partnerships aligned with our business goals and portfolio.
  3. Solve complex problems, analyze data, and propose new business models.
  4. Create and execute operational plans for new partnerships, ensuring stakeholder alignment.
  5. Build consensus across teams and influence decision-making at senior levels.
  6. Oversee onboarding processes for new partners.
  7. Engage with teams post-launch to optimize partnership performance and develop new processes.
  8. Become a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on maximizing partner relationships.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Strong quantitative and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to work independently and creatively.
  • Experience working effectively in a highly matrixed environment.
  • Excellent presentation skills for internal and external audiences, including C-suite executives.
