Radiology Partners is seeking a paralegal with 5+ years of experience to prepare, review, and maintain corporate and legal documents. The role will manage filings, support M&A and financing transactions, and assist with onboarding acquired entities, providing essential legal and administrative support to attorneys.

The salary range for this position is $77,200.00-$115,700.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
