Job summary

UNIS in Buena Park, CA seeks a Sr. Paralegal to support a fast-paced 3PL legal team across real estate, labor and employment, and commercial operations. You will partner with counsel, HR, and operations to keep legal work organized and on schedule.

Responsibilities include leases and due diligence, wage-and-hour matters, NDAs, and contract review; you will coordinate discovery, manage calendars, and maintain entity records across multiple states.

Qualifications

• 5+ years paralegal experience in a corporate legal department or law firm.
• Experience supporting commercial real estate transactions (leases, due diligence).
• Experience supporting labor and employment matters, including regulatory compliance.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or a paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research, document management, and deadline tracking.

Rate of Pay: $100k - $125k/yr

We’re looking for a Sr. Paralegal to join our team. where you’ll support a fast-paced 3PL legal team across warehouse real estate, labor and employment matters, and commercial operations. Partner with counsel, HR, and operations to keep legal work organized, accurate, and on schedule.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Hands-on experience supporting commercial real estate transactions, including leases and due diligence.
• Experience supporting labor and employment law matters, including disputes and regulatory compliance.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree, or a paralegal certificate from an accredited program.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, legal research, document management, and deadline tracking.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience in 3PL, transportation, warehousing, distribution, or another multi-site business.
• Experience with industrial real estate portfolios, lease administration, and facility expansions.
• Exposure to multi-state employment laws, union matters, or collective bargaining agreements.
• Experience with e-discovery platforms, contract lifecycle management, and legal operations tools.
• Recognized paralegal certification, such as NALA CP or NFPA RP.
