Overview

Sr. OroCommerce Full Stack Developer (PHP, Symfony) - W2 role

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite Tue–Thu preferred, Remote considered)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in OroCommerce to lead the development and optimization of our B2B eCommerce platform. The role involves working with a system integrator to replace an existing solution and build scalable, secure, and customizable OroCommerce-based applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and customize solutions within OroCommerce/Symfony.
• Build and optimize APIs, services, custom bundles, and integrations.
• Design and optimize database schemas using Doctrine ORM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, UX/UI, QA).
• Mentor developers, review code, and enforce best practices.
• Drive continuous improvement and adopt emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years full-stack (PHP, Symfony), 3+ years OroCommerce.
• Strong skills in OOD, API dev, Twig, Doctrine, MySQL/PostgreSQL.
• Experience with PHPUnit, Behat, Git, CI/CD (Jenkins, Docker).
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
