AAA Mountain West Group is seeking a strategic and innovative Senior Organizational Development (SOD) Manager to design and deliver transformational leadership experiences. In this high-impact role, you will act as the expert architect for initiatives that build core capabilities for our people leaders. Moving beyond traditional program management, you will serve as a thought leader and trusted advisor to HR leadership and business executives, diagnosing capability gaps and co‑creating solutions that drive measurable business results. You will balance long-term strategic thinking with operational excellence to execute leadership assessments, executive coaching, and curated development at scale. This role is hybrid and requires 3 days a week onsite in our Walnut Creek, CA office.
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 8+ years of experience building and scaling leadership and organizational development programs within complex environments. Or high school diploma and 12 years of experience building and scaling leadership and organizational development programs within complex environments. Or combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s in Organizational Development, I/O Psychology, or Human Resources. #LI-MV1
Compensation Range: Minimum $132,465.00 – Mid $165,580.00.
