Location: Preferred TEXAS either Houston (Greenway) or Woodlands location. We will consider Denver and Midland locations if necessary.

Join our team as a Senior Analyst – Division Order, where you'll play a critical role in ensuring accurate and timely distribution of oil and gas proceeds. If you're passionate about land operations, title analysis, and cross-functional collaboration, we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Do

Analyze title documents to determine ownership interests and ensure proper royalty payments.
Set up and maintain well decks for operated, payout, and non-operated wells.
Interpret leases, contracts, deeds, and division orders to resolve title and ownership issues.
Collaborate across Land Operations, Accounting, and Legal to ensure seamless well setup and payment processes.
Prepare division orders and related documentation for disbursements.
Maintain units and update ownership records based on legal instruments.
Identify curative needs and offer solutions to resolve title defects.

What You Bring

Must have division order maintenance experience
7+ years of relevant experience in land administration or division order analysis.
Strong understanding of land principles, contracts, and title documentation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Quorum Land System and SAP is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
Team-oriented mindset with a focus on data integrity and process improvement.
